Slime Care

The 5 golden rules!

1. First test your slime with a finger to make sure it is not too sticky for you.

2. Prepare the slime activator.

3. Wash your hands before touching the slime, otherwise the slime will leave residue on your skin.

4. Always keep your slime cold so it lasts longer and becomes firmer.

5. Have fun!

Slime Care

In summer: Slime gets a bit sticky in warm weather because it doesn't like heat at all. If you want to help it, put it in the fridge for a while. If that doesn't help, use a little of the Super Activator.

In winter:  When it's cold, the slime becomes a little firmer. It's best to warm it up a little: it's usually enough to put the slime in a warm room for 2-4 days. If it still stays hard, you can simply put it on the heater or in the sun or use our slime softener.

General: Slime should not be stored near a heater or in the sun. The slime container should always be kept tightly closed so that it does not dry out. Please always wash your hands before playing and only knead slime on smooth surfaces such as glass, tiles or plastic.

If your slime is sticky: Please handle your activator carefully. You can spread a few drops in your hands so that they are wet and the liquids are evenly distributed in your slime, or you can add a few drops directly to your slime and knead it in well. Simply repeat this process until you are satisfied with the consistency.
If your slime has been sitting around for a while and you want to take it out of its container again after several weeks, it may have reactivated. This is a chemical reaction, so it's completely normal, don't worry. You can still use the Super Activator in this case.
