What do I do if the slime is sticky?

To combat sticky or runny slime, we have our Slime Activator. Knead more and more of this into your slime until you get the consistency you like. But be careful: don't put too much into your slime at once, otherwise it will become hard! If you don't have this slime activator to hand, you can also try using contact lens solution or put the slime in the fridge for a short time.

How long do slimes last?

It all depends on you: how often do you use the slime, how do you care for it, or how do you store it? Slimes sometimes need a little care (activator or plasticizer). If you take good care of your slime and don't use it for too long at a time, it can last for many weeks or even months.

Why has my slime gotten smaller?

Don't worry, this is normal! When you knead and play with the slime, it loses water and squeezes out trapped air. This reduces the volume of the slime.

What ingredients are contained in slimes?

Our slimes are made from PVA craft glue for children, water, food coloring, essential fragrance oils, vegetable glycerin, modeling clay, beads and borax as an activator.

Are slimes edible?

No, please never eat slime. Please do not leave small children alone with slime.

Can I return/exchange/cancel slimes?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it for you. Please contact us by email. If you have already received your slimes, unfortunately it is not possible to return or exchange them.

How can I track my order?

Every customer receives a shipping email with a tracking number. Enter this tracking number on the DHL website and you will see when your package is due to arrive!
